Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days after processing. Delivery times can be longer during peak seasons or because of carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you can't find it, email supportvoressa@gmail.com and we'll send it to you.

Customs and import duties

Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email us and we'll make it right.
