We want you to love your Voressa order. If you're not happy for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return

Email us at supportvoressa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with your return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Condition of returns

Items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you haven't received it after that, contact your bank first, then email us.
